Introducing Fifty5 Rivers Cafe: A New Chapter Built on Connections

Six years ago, Fifty5 Rivers began with a simple belief: exceptional handcrafted beverages have the power to bring people together. That belief has carried us from our very first pours to a family of experiences serving patrons throughout the Miami Valley. Today, as we celebrate our sixth anniversary, we get to share our most exciting news yet. Fifty5 Rivers Cafe is coming in late fall, opening inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center.

The Cafe is designed as a welcoming destination for both the public and the regional business community. Picture our signature beverage lineup, food offerings, and genuine hospitality coming together in a comfortable space made for conversation, collaboration, and community. Stop in before work, enjoy lunch with colleagues, catch up with a friend, or simply take a break during the day. However you arrive, you will find a spot that encourages meaningful connections.

The Fifty5 Rivers story traces back to a mountain biking trip in Virginia, where James first discovered cold brew coffee. That discovery sparked a passion for exceptional handcrafted beverages, and over the past six years we have grown it intentionally by expanding the ways we serve our community: manufacturing, grab-and-go service, mobile hospitality, wholesale, and now an expanded dine-in experience.

At the heart of it all is Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, where our beverages are produced at our Fairborn production facility to support retail, wholesale, event operations, and community partnerships. Today, patrons enjoy those offerings through Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, our grab-and-go coffee shop inside the Fairborn facility, and throughout the Miami Valley aboard the Fifty5 Rivers BARge, our premium mobile beverage experience serving festivals, corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, and community gatherings.

Fifty5 Rivers Cafe builds on that foundation as our first hospitality concept designed around a full dine-in experience.
